Arch Crown’s Technical Support Policy:
Arch Crown, Inc. Tech Support is available free of charge to active, current customers, or on a pay-per-incident basis to all others at a pro rata $95/hour, representing some of the most affordable support available in the industry, as defined below.1
  • Customers are entitled to free tech support for a period of two (2) years following the purchase of a Datamax printer, Datatagger Software, or BarTender software from Arch Crown,2 or from one of its authorized distributors.
  • Following the initial two-year period, customers are entitled to limited free support based on their continued patronage of Arch Crown, Inc.
  • For customers who haven’t purchased within 2 years, tech support will be billed at a rate of $95/hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
    • For example, a typical phone support call, lasting 15 minutes or less, will be billed $23.75. (This is the minimum amount charged).
    • Initial consultation is free, up to 10 minutes.
    • A valid credit card will be required before billable tech support begins.
  • If a thermal media customer buys a printer elsewhere, they will be entitled to a free, 10 minute consultation.3
